Interactive demo file

Inspect the recommendation like an internal reviewer.

Fireflies can move into a constrained pilot for non-sensitive meetings. Approval is not defensible for sensitive customer, HR, legal, or strategy meetings until data processing, retention, training use, and consent rules are closed.

Why it can move forward

The use case is narrow enough for a controlled pilot, and the buyer can separate low-risk meetings from sensitive calls.

Why approval stays conditional

Meeting transcripts create a higher confidentiality surface than ordinary SaaS notes, so the rollout policy must be explicit.

Decision owner note

Approve only for a named pilot group, with prohibited meeting categories and an owner for retention and consent rules.

The evidence layer stays inspectable.
